In 2015, four farmers on the New Hampshire Seacoast decided to pool resources to deliver their vegetables to local restaurants and institutions … and so Three River Farmers Alliance was born. 

Starting in the back of a station wagon, the group delivered to a handful of restaurants.  Then demand increased, and the team purchased their first refrigerated box truck.  Realizing that this new platform could be an asset to other farmers, Three River expanded to become a distribution network for other farmers and food producers in the area.  With the onset of COVID-19 in early 2020, Three River adapted again, creating a direct-to-consumer home delivery service from scratch in the span of two weeks.

What not so long ago was a station wagon is now a fleet of five refrigerated box trucks, more than 20 staff and 50+ farms and food producers working together to supply homes, restaurants, stores and other institutions in the Greater Seacoast region, as well as Southern Maine and the North Shore of Massachusetts. Since Three River has adapted to Covid-19 it has raised over $50,000 for food donation programs. We are truly grateful for our local farmers and community.

Job description As a Three River Delivery Driver team member you will ensure that each individual order is delivered on time and to the correct location. Delivery drivers will be sure to follow appropriate Covid-19 contactless delivery protocol to ensure both their own and customers safety. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have a solid driving record and experience driving a box truck is preferred. This job requires early mornings (6am), reliability, attention to detail and to be self-motivated. Three River delivery drivers schedule is Thursday-Monday.
