Our primary business is a residential delivery service that works with local farms to bring fresh, organic produce, dairy, meats, breads, and groceries right to people's doors. Customers go online to place their order and we pack and deliver them weekly. We've been refining this new way of getting real food from the farm to the table since 2012 here in Atlanta and surrounding communities. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 9:00-5:00.

 

About the Job:

  • Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for customers (phone, email & text)
  • Provide positive, fast, and complete resolutions for customers
  • Document all interactions in customer database
  • Strong focus on customer retention
  • Strong partnership with drivers to address time sensitive matters
  • Process order changes with strong attention to detail
  • Help with various initiatives to serve and delight customers
 

About You:

  • Attention to Detail - We're talking about people's dinner here! You are the main person in contact with our clients.
  • Outside-of-the-box thinker - As an innovative company, we rarely get cookie cutter problems; you should be able to join us outside-of-the-box and develop creative solutions to keep our customers coming back.
  • Drive - Our team works hard and pushes through to hit all deadlines. We need someone who can hang with our all stars and not get left behind. The greatest service our team offers each other on a daily basis is accountability to knock out the highest priority tasks at hand.

  • Self-Starter - Take initiative and do what needs to be done to finish the job and make Fresh Harvest better even without being told. This takes a high level of organizational skills and collaboration.
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn web­-based customer database and user support applications
  • Computer proficiency (type minimum 50 WPM)
  • 1­+ years experience in customer service (preferred)
 

This will be a W2 position with starting pay at $12/hour and up based on experience. Team members receive portions of FREE organic produce each week as well as a substantial discount on all Fresh Harvest products.
