Everyone on the Square Roots team—from farmers to software developers, from brand strategists to financial analysts—is ready to make a massive impact  in controlled climate farming and the future of the global food industry. 

We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible person to fill a part-time delivery and brand ambassador position, called Brand Ambassador & Logistics Associate, riding our custom electric cargo trikes. You will be the face of our company and interacting with our customers and the community on a regular basis. This is a physically demanding job, so you must be experienced in year-round urban cycling. 

You will: 

- Ensuring all orders are packed correctly and matched against their invoice

- Ensuring all deliveries are made within a timely manner

- Maintaining and keeping our electric trikes in optimal shape

- Maintaining relationships with our retail customers at the point of delivery

You are:

• A team player with a positive attitude
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage your time effectively
• A proactive communicator both with coworkers and retail customers
• The owner of a cell phone with internet access (stipend to offset cell phone data will be provided)
• Experienced with delivery or bike messenger work (a plus)
• Interested in real, local food and urban farming (a huge plus)

Compensation includes hourly pay, a cell phone stipend, free herbs and greens, and the opportunity to be part of the Square Roots mission.
