We are also allergy friendly and carefully limit or exclude peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, egg, and soy from our products. Videri Chocolate Factory is looking for an additional retail associate to join our team for the upcoming holiday season. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, friendly personality with a commitment to superior customer service. This position will be customer facing, including helping staff our curbside window as well as an indoor retail space. Masks are required inside the factory at all times, and compliance with all covid safety measures is of utmost importance. 

 

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Helping guests select appropriate chocolate items by providing detailed and thoughtful information about the factory and our products.

• Understanding and sharing the chocolate making process to maintain our commitments to transparency and community education.

• Packaging chocolate bars and bonbons, including tracking inventories and following appropriate procedures for the handling of our product. 

• Comfort with serving food and beverages in a limited capacity, ability to follow all food safety requirements and promptly fulfill tickets according to guest specifications.

This position is currently part-time with an hourly wage of $12 plus tip pool. There is always room for growth in this position, but flexible availability is a must. Compensation this position is : hourly Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
