Ideal candidates have:

_2+ years experience in a fine dining establishment

_a passion for (and a working knowledge of) current food and beverage trends, specifically locally sourced, seasonal fare

_a positive and kind demeanor

_the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
