Healthy Vegan Chef with Delivery! Private

A family of 3 adults is seeking a seasoned vegan chef for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 5-7 days a week.
- Family is 100% vegan and soy-free.
- Strong preference for the use or organic ingredients whenever possible.
- Strong preference for a chef that specializes in vegan cooking.
- Bias towards whole foods. No highly processed faux meat or cheese.
- Bias towards food that is gluten free (there is no allergy, this is just a preference)
- Food safety certified. Preference for chef that uses a professional (i.e. not home) kitchen.
- Chef must follow strong COVID prevention protocols. Family has individuals in the home that are at high risk.
- Chef must be able to deliver to Bryn Mawr, PA. We can be flexible on days of week/times of day.

BREAKFAST OPTIONS
- CHICKPEA OMELET Roasted Chickpea, Turmeric, Nutritional Yeast, Tomatoes, Spinach
- POLENTA WITH PEARS AND CRANBERRY Velvety Local Grains with Slow Roasted Compote
LUNCH/DINNER OPTIONS
- STIR FRY BOWL Red Bhutanese rice, forbidden rice, carrots, celery, spinach, baby bok choy, cashews, green tahini sauce.
- VEGETABLE CURRY IN CASHEW SAUCE Taro root, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, zucchini, curried red lentils & beets, basmati rice, cilantro-mint chutney.
- VEGAN LASAGNA Brown rice pasta, sunflower milk béchamel, broccoli, carrots, spinach, sunflower mozzarella, basil-parsley pesto.
