Well Crafted Kitchen is located within UNION Craft Brewing's taproom and serves up seasonally inspired wood fired pizzas and eats, all created in-house with ingredients sourced from our favorite Baltimore area farmers and producers. We also celebrate community on location with our 1949 Dodge Mobile Pizza Kitchen by catering private events throughout the Baltimore area.

Job description

We operate in an open kitchen, where everyone shares in the work it takes to create a Well Crafted experience. All team members & team leads participate in all of the jobs necessary to make our Kitchen & our Mobile Pizza Kitchen run (including, but not limited to: point of sale, prep, cook, and clean). We are looking for team members & team leads who have a serious commitment to learning about great food, great service, and creating an exceptional workplace.

PART TIME & FULL TIME Positions Available:

  • TEAM MEMBER: approximately 8-24 hours per week (weekend availability preferred)
  • TEAM LEAD: approximately 32 hours per week (weekend availability preferred)
  • FARMER’S MARKET TEAM: Saturday mornings approximately 8 hours per week

Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential that team members are willing to minimize their risk of exposure both on and off of the job. Food service is essential work and we expect everyone on the team to take each other’s health and the safety of our food system seriously. Wearing a mask is required.
