Job description Looking for a Sous Chef to aid in operating a seasonal organic food truck and catering operation in Lake Tahoe.  he sous chef will help with all daily operations from recipe development and recording to prep work and larger catering operations. Must have excellent people skills and basic culinary skills mastery. 

Employees historically enjoy excellent tips. All hours over 40 per week will be paid overtime.  Different  job capacities within the realm of the position will pay a different rate. i.e.- the sous chef will make a food truck wage and higher personal chef wage.  Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $30.00 Application instructions
