Title:  Digital Marketing Strategist

Supervisor: Head of Sales & Marketing

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

Pratt Standard Cocktail Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.  This Digital Marketing Strategist should be prepared to work independently, with input from the Head of Sales & Marketing, Wes Debenport and Founder, Tory Pratt. Work will be conducted remotely. This position will have a real, direct impact on the success of Pratt Standard, and we are looking for someone who is hungry for growth, nerds out on data, and fits our company culture of ownership and getting things done.

 

Essential Functions

  1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in concert with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Founder, and Strategic Advisors
  2. Manage all digital marketing- paid and unpaid media and digital ads
  3. Develop KPIs for online sales growth and marketing performance in concert with Head of Sales & Marketing and the Founder, and achieve those KPIs
  4. Manage digital marketing budget
  5. Oversee, create content, write copy, and post for social media accounts
  6. Manage and improve online content, brand presence
  7. Oversee SEO Optimization
  8. Build and inbound marketing plan
  9. Monitor competition

 

Who You Are, What You’ll Bring

  • Based in the United States (and can work virtually)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, either as in-house management or with an agency
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to develop sales hypotheses, test them, and pivot tactics and overall strategy as needed.
  • Demonstrated results in the development and execution of sales processes for a prior employer or client.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and possess strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with little specific direction, motivated by sales goals.
  • Digital native level computer skills. Including but not limited to internet research, social media platforms, google analytics, google ads, facebook ads. Illustrator and other design programs is a plus. 
  • Self-starter, scrappy, willing to pick up tasks not discreetly in their job description to support the overall business of Pratt Standard as necessary.
  • Hard-working, enthusiastic, customer-service-oriented personality.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
  • A creator.  Someone who loves making something new, not just keeping up with the Joneses.
