The job is currently Thursday and Friday overnight, 6pm start. Hours and responsibility will grow as we do!
Will be assisting head baker in mixing, shaping, baking off high quality artisan breads. The shift also involves cleaning and packing.
Knowledge and experience with high hydration sourdough breads preferred. Pastry experience is a plus. Love of making the best bread possible is a must. Ability to stand on feet for long period, lift 50 pounds, clean, tidy, food safety aware, can take direction and work independently.
Minimum I year experience.
