We are looking for a full or part-time cheesemonger/customer service associate to join our team. While our cheese counter is at the heart of our shop, all mongers are trained throughout the shop to allow them to provide one-on-one service to our customers from the start to the finish of their shopping experience.

General duties/expectations are as follows:

•Provide warm and engaging customer service throughout the customer experience; from cheese counter to register
•Unloading, receiving, and organizing deliveries of cheese and other specialty foods
•Maintain the highest level of food safety
•Demonstrate a strong interest to learn about all things cheese, wine, specialty food, and more (read: eat and drink lots of delicious things and talk about them!)
•Willingness to support the sandwich/prepared foods counter when needed
•Packing, stickering, and stocking bulk food items
•Assist with creating cheese and charcuterie platters
