Our clients are highly individual, with dietary needs including vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, salt free, and more.  Job description Seeking a creative and detail-oriented chef to cook for private clients primarily in Santa Monica and the west side of Los Angeles. Chef must be comfortable cooking within dietary restrictions, and have a working knowledge of health-supportive foods. Chef will be responsible for menu planning (with assistance from our head chef), communicating with the client, shopping, cooking, and cleanup. Our primary business is weekly meal prep (cooking dishes and labeling with reheating instructions), but plated dinners and small events are also requested from time to time. You will start with 1 client per week, then potentially build to 4-5 or as many as you would like to take on. This is a fun and creative position with potential for substantial income as you build your client base.   

Note: we cook for clients all across Los Angeles, but the Santa Monica / West Side area is where the majority of clients live. 

2-3 years private cheffing experience is preferred but not required. Compensation starts at $35/hr + $15/hr and $0.56/mile for driving. Up to $50 / month is provided for at-home recipe testing. Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions DeadlineAugust 14, 2021
