The Lead Line Cook should be knowledgeable about standard culinary techniques and protocols, and will help supervise the team through prep and service. Key responsibilities & expectations include:
- Organizing and monitoring BOH labor and productivity in accordance with business demand
- Overseeing food production at all stations to achieve a focused, successful service
- Supervising the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance routines and checklists
While performing the duties of the job, a Lead Line Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions
