Job description We are a full service neighborhood bakery open 6 days a week offering artisan savory and sweet pies, cookies, cupcakes and Australian treats. As the Production manager you must be able to: work independently and as part of team, help plan and oversee daily and weekly production, assist with new staff training, implement and maintain quality, safety and customer service standards. Will be responsible for helping to plan production, scheduling, ordering and budgets. Serv Safe Managerial required (will accept you working towards the online test within one month of employment).
