Job descriptionHRBLS by Supernatural NYC is looking for a part-time Chef to produce and pack our herbal gummies.!
What is HRBLS? Each chew is infused with a special blend of herbal extracts to equal a dose of health that you can eat as needed. They are 100% natural and plant-based. Responsibilities:
- Produce and pack our herbal gummies according to recipes and standards in place.
- Package (box) product.
- Track inventory, batches, and materials to ensure we're well stocked at all time, and meeting orders in a timely fashion.
- Manage documents for quality assurance and tracking shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- NY Food Handler’s License
- Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance
- Ability to work independently (after training, job will be done entirely independently, with remote support from the founder)
- Culinary experience required (experience with confectionary and gummies a plus)
- Neatness and dexterity (our gummies are handmade and hand-packed)
Timing:
- Asap! We're looking to hire someone to begin production immediately. Estimated weekly hours are 8 - 16 to start. Can be 1 - 2 days/week. Some flexibility for exact hours and days.
