Cacao Lab is looking for a full time and part time assistant to support in manufacturing, culinary, and cacao production.

Suggested Qualifications:
- Some kitchen/ culinary experience.
- Able to or interested in making chocolates and working with cacao.
- Willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Comfortable in fast paced environment.
- NY Food Handler’s License
Responsibilities:
- Produce and pack our Cacao and large batch white label chocolate orders.
- Package and ship product.
- Track inventory and materials to ensure we're well stocked at all times.
- Clean and organize kitchen and materials.
Requirements:
- Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Neat and very organized.
- Great communication skills.
