Belfast Co-op is seeking an experienced manager to steward our Operations departments into an exciting future.

The Store Operations Manager works directly under and with the General Manager to ensure smooth and stellar store operations. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and guiding the Operations department manager team; working with the GM on store margins, budgets, and labor tracking; and setting the tone for excellent worker, vendor, and shopper experiences. This position is for someone with the ability and desire to jump into an established positive and inclusive company culture and switch seamlessly between high level admin tasks and hands on work. All workers are required to wear masks.

Ideal candidate is a systems thinkers with relevant experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, collaborative leadership style, and a drive for continual improvement. Knowledge of the food system and retail store management experience highly desirable. Additional training and professional development provided.

Salary range starts at 48k plus benefits, experience considered
