Job description
First and South is looking for a full time line/prep cook. The applicant should have experience working with fryers and reading and following recipes precisely. The applicant should work cleanly and with a purpose, and have good knife skills. Applicant to be punctual and a team player. Duties include: setting up the restaurant for service, working the line during service, prepping when needed, and helping around the kitchen.
