The 4-H Youth Development Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership in the planning, assessment, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all 4-H Youth Development educational programs for CCE of Wayne County, ensuring robust and sustained program participation.

Primary responsibilities will be leading the development, coordination and implementation of 4-H Youth programs to include, but not limited to: 4-H Clubs, 4-H Afterschool, a one-week Day Camp – Camp Beechwood, overall 4-H program, as well as management of all administrative functions for these programs.

This position will work to expand/develop a strong, heavily involved volunteer base in the area of 4-H Youth Development and will provide program implementation and administrative direction, management, and coordination for all aspects of 4-H volunteer management.

The Youth Development Team Leader reports to and works alongside the Executive Director to identify program needs, develop innovative programs, and evaluate program impact. Salary $56K+ and excellent benefits.
