Job description
We are hiring a full time General Manager. An individual who will lead and coach our staff, care for our guests, and implement systems which will help our team to thrive and succeed.
At Esme, we offer a dining experience that is intentional and personal. We love taking care of people. Empathetic communication, instinct and the ability to ask for help are all essential for success in this role. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
The General Manager will manage every day operations of the restaurant, setting and maintaining standardized steps of service, while also caring for our team and pushing the restaurant forward.
We are growing and plan to open a satellite location(s) this calendar year-- We are looking for a General Manager who wants to be a part of helping us reimagine what Esme can be as we develop how to grow outside of our four walls. We are committed to becoming Greenpoint's go-to neighborhood restaurant for years to come and need someone who can see the vision and wants to grow with us-- Compensation this position is : salaried, 75k-100k Application instructions
