We are a wellness space & herbal apothecary/retail destination in Soho, NY specializing in plant medicine. In the last year we opened our second location in partnership with Anima Mundi focused entirely on state-changing elixirs, events and herbal Education.

We are looking to expand our team with Full and Part-time support stepping into the holiday season. Job description We are a diverse team of herbalists, foodies, and myco/herbal-passionate folks looking to grow our team with like-minded folks.
 

✿ Elixir Bar Store Manager (Full-time)

Hourly rate: Ranges between $24-28 hourly
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, Saturday-Wednesday (flexible) 10:30- 6:00 (fri/sat hours vary)
Start date:  As soon as possible

Responsibilities Include: (willing to train the right candidates!)

• Cost Management, Pricing, cost reduction and ordering.
• Recipe Development (if this is an area of interest)
• Ensuring smooth daily ops at our Elixir Bar/Apothecary with GM
• Supporting mission objectives seasonally working with GM & CEO
• Staff training, performance reviews etc with GM
• Schedule support with GM
• Work with the events team to ensure special drinks, staffing and ops support is covered.
• Review and update guest experience needs, engagement, SOP and team development regularly.
• Working directly with GM and 119 managers/team to communicate changes with staff.
• Quality control for Bar and team
• Sales Analysis with team 
• Inventory and adding new products and communicating with your team (Via slack/Shopify)

Experience preferred:

• Bar/Cafe Management or work experience (willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge or Passion for Herbs, Mushrooms and Mixology
• Passionate about education, communication and leadership
• Fast learner or experience with Gsuite, Shopify and other retail tools
• Food Handlers (if not a willingness to obtain within the first month of work)
• 1 year + working in food/retail (espresso/matcha and drink experience preferred!)

✿ Store/Bar Team
Hourly rate: Ranges between $18-22 depending on experience
Start date:  Asap!
Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday or flexible 

Responsibilities Include: (willing to train the right candidates!)

• Inventory, restocking and visual checks
• Recipe Dev (we are always open to exploring our team's creativity)
• Making drinks & retail sales
• Working events (if interested!)
• Open/Closing
• Quality control 
• Guest Experience (greeting & Educating our new and reoccurring guests)

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge, Passion for Herbs (or willingness to learn!)
• passionate about education, communication connection with our guests.
• 1+ year Bar/Retail experience (especially with drinks!)
• Food Handlers (if not a willingness to obtain within the first month of work)
