Ag Services Office Administrator 

Seeking a principled professional with a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture, a passion for clear communication, and a gift for organization who is aligned with our mission to remove growers’ barriers to the adoption of regenerative and organic practices in the South East. The position is full-time, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. 

Location: Alabama 
 
Salary Range: $40,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience) 
 
Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days + One Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of employment, Paid Holidays and Sick Leave + 401(k) 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Admin or Clerical preferred but not required 
  • 3 or more years’ experience in Secretarial, Sales, Customer Service or similar role 
  • Excellent personal, digital file, and document organization 
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Mastery of Office Suite, sharing tools, CRM, and other business software 
  • Adept, friendly, and professional manner on phone, email, and live client interactions 
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and clear communicator 
  • Agricultural experience a plus, but not required 
  • Financial reporting, HR, and IT experience a plus, but not required 
  • Currently lives in or is willing to relocate to Alabama 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Primary duties will be to assist the Executive Director of Agronomic Operations and Agronomic Services Manager in maintaining an efficient and organized business environment in line with company goals. Key responsibilities will include communicating with customers, vendors, and staff, order entry and processing, maintaining files and records, general administrative duties, assisting sales team with scheduling, maintaining company calendar, and developing office SOP’s for future staff expansions.
