Job description The executive Chef position will be an exciting and great position for one to hold for Gastronome. We have been continually growing with events, bakery business and contracted accounts and we continue to gain success. The responsibilities for the Chef are as follows:

- scheduling for kitchen and events
- employee reviews and training
- menu creations seasonally and upon request if needed for special event
- cost and payroll management
- ordering and receiving 
- R&D
- recruitment and hiring
- attending/ working big or VIP events
- kitchen and HR kitchen management of team
- time management
- fair and equitable treatment of all members of Gastronome Team.
