Job description Moiré cacao is an exciting new bean-to-bar chocolate company that will launch this fall in Los Angeles. We are looking for a part time worker with experience in chocolate tempering to join our production team. Familiarity with continuous tempering machines is necessary.
Pastry is a plus, but not essential as handling chocolate is the focus.
However, the position has the possibility to expand to full time (and/or in scope: pastry, recipe development etc) with the right fit.
Hourly wage, negotiable- based on experience.
