The Part Time Baker will work 2 shifts each week (Sundays and Mondays). They will be solely responsible for shaping baguettes and baking 250 loaves of bread for our Sunday Farmers Market, and will assist our pastry chef on Mondays (includes prep work and pastry production).
We're a small business with a small crew. This job suits those who are used to an athletic pace, working independently and managing their time efficiently. Reliability is a must. Applicants should be able to work well in a shared space with other team members Two years of experience in a kitchen is required and some familiarity baking in a deck oven is a strong preference.
Hours and days will be:
Sundays (Bake) 1am - 8am DOE
Mondays (Prep) 7am - 3pm
