Lead and develop our customer service and membership experience. The Membership Experience Coordinator patiently responds to and resolve customer questions and issues via telephone, email, and StopSuite. They report to and work with the General Manager to develop systemic changes to improve operations to best meet the needs of the CoCo Community. They follow up with members that need to update the billing info. They use feedback from drivers to follow up with noncompliant members and accounts to improve routes and resolve member.
They proactively plan and develop communication and engagement messaging to convey membership updates. They develop programs and partnership that add value to our mission and membership experience.
