Qualifications

  • Skilled cook (trained or self trained with 3 years of kitchen experience). Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and cooking techniques
  • Must be familiar with sanitary regulations
  • Knowledgeable about different dietary restrictions 
  • Self starter, able to adapt to constantly changing situations with a high attention to detail
  • Outgoing with strong conversational skill and sense of professionalism--Our Team Members are expected to engage heavily with the clientele
  • Possess knowledge of current nutritional information 
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Private Chef experience a plus
  • Bartending experience a plus
  • Food Handlers a plus 

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service including building rapport with clientele
  • Customizing meals according to clients likes and dislikes. 
  • Prepping daily meals from whole ingredients with minimal supervision and ability to add creative flair
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing menus
  • Well organized
  • Adaptable and have the ability to improvise if necessary
  • Desire to learn, grow and collaborate 
  • Desire to explore different cuisines and constantly grow and develop new dishes
  • Must be able to plate food at a professional level, serve in a timely manner and maintain peak-level cleanliness 
  • Must be knowledgeable about food, the ingredients in our dishes and have the ability to answer general nutritional questions
  • Responsible for cleanup during and after service and maintaining an organized and clean work environment
  • Must be innovative at all times to ensure constant excitement of culinary goals.
  • Other related assignments as necessary.

SERVICE

  • We are dedicated to providing a personalized and intimate experience with our clients.
  • Off-site service will require you to engage directly with clients and develop relationships.
  • It is essential to have the ability to maintain conversation with clients in a professional manner.
  • This job is two-fold: One part being in kitchen prep working with our team members to cook meals. The second part is serving our clients in an office setting at least one day per week. 
  • We are looking for like minded individuals who have experience in the industry but are looking for a lower stress cooking job. We like to have fun and get creative with new meals and love to share our passion of food creation with our team and our clients.

*All New Team Members will begin with a trial period before permanent position is offered
** Position requires Sunday and Tuesday availability.

Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions
