Hudson Grocery Co-op is a brand new cooperatively owned grocery store in Hudson, Wisconsin. What began as an idea hatched on a local playground a few years ago by a group of friends who had enjoyed grocery co-ops in other communities and appreciated the access those co-ops provided to local, sustainable food is now a reality.

The co-op recently purchased a local natural foods retailer, and we are rebuilding with the goal of providing local, healthy food and natural products to our community. It’s an exciting time to join our team and lead us into the future.

Hudson is a beautiful community situated along the picturesque St. Croix River just 40 minutes from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN.  You can enjoy the benefits of small-town life including great schools, a supportive business community, and many local activities, events and festivals, as well as being in close proximity to a metropolitan area and international airport. 

Our General Manager will be ready to take on the challenges of growing our co-op and focusing on our priorities of building relationships with our local farmers and producers, nurturing a positive and caring workplace for our dedicated employees and providing a memorable shopping experience for all who come through our doors.

The GM oversees all aspects of co-op operations including being a team leader, planning, finance, marketing and members services and human resources while promoting the cooperative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity.

The GM reports to the Board of Directors who are elected by the members and responsible for governing the co-op as well as oversight and delegation to the GM.

Salary and Benefits:

•  $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
