Company description Blue Line Compost is a community food waste hauler and composter based in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York.  We aim to close the nutrient loop by returning unused food nutrients back to food producers in the form of high end soil amendments. Job description We are looking for a hard working, self motivated individual to help us do the good work of saving the planet.  Employees have access to all aspects of the business, and opportunities to learn and grow are limitless. Tasks include driving pick up routes, building compost piles, and washing buckets with other team members.  Employees will have the option to learn tractor skill, data logging, compost recipe development, screening and bagging of finished product.  This job has a direct impact on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and creating awareness of food waste recycling.  Web design and social media skills are a bonus.
