Working together with the founder - CEO,  helping run an innovative, established specialty food and gift business based in Northern NJ and NYC that includes an online-mail order segment, a wholesale segment and a retail store segment.  Looking for a candidate that has good experience, selling online and corporately within higher end products, hopefully food related and management experience within a small to medium size business.  

Responsibilities would include helping to create and manage a strategy and plan for the business, working with the profit and loss. Business has well established records and many existing satisfied customers and needs sales growth. 

Helping to manage employees and operations in a hands on way, including creating additional structure and systems. The business has some long serving dedicated people who know the business well Ideally an individual who could focus on our online and corporate gift business and specifically manage it and find growth opportunities.

Salary is negotiable pending experience (starting range 90K plus) and ideally looking to create an incentivized packaging that could include equity. Compensation this position is : salaried, 75k-100k Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
