Job description
Gathering Team Members are responsible for assembling our ready to cook recipe kits. In this role, you'll be portioning pantry staples and fresh local food. You'll carefully pack the meals with an eye for quality, then prepare individual orders for delivery. Experience packing CSAs and/or food prep experience are helpful, but are absolutely not necessary. We'd prefer a candidate who could commit to a 5 day work schedule, which runs Thursday-Sunday. Starting pay is $16/hour. Personal transportation and willingness to run some errands is a plus (think picking up a few cases of kale and eggs from the farmer's market on a Saturday morning) but not a requirement. Special consideration will be given to applicants with sales experience or those with a desire to learn more about sales or work special events, as we may have some upcoming opportunities. We offer lots of free food, employee discounts on meal kits, option to enroll in employer-based health insurance, and PTO.
Compensation
this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr
