We are experiencing dramatic growth in post pandemic era and we are seeking enthusiastic, intelligent people who want to grow with the company.  Job description This position is for a full-time shipping clerk.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping products according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.

Packaging: Package products securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring that orders are protected from damage during transit.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels of finished goods and packaging materials. Communicate with the production team to ensure sufficient inventory is available to fulfill orders on time.

Shipping Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensure proper liftgate status, early calls, prepare shipping labels and arrange for the transportation of outgoing orders. Track shipments and update customers on the status of their orders as needed.

Quality Assurance: a) Send a monthly sample to the lab according to standards. b) Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of shipments in shipping log. Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately for reference.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping and transportation.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding shipping status, tracking information, and order-related issues. Collaborate with customer service representatives to resolve any shipping-related concerns or complaints. Maintain documentation of shipping mistakes and corrective actions. Send Return labels if necessary.

Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized working environment tracking the cleaning activities and regularity of the cleanings.

Some experience required. The hours can be a little flexible but in general are 7:30-4, Monday thru Friday. The pay is $16-$20/hr depending on experience. Compensation this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr Application instructions Please click here to sign in and view application details.
