Job description Woodberry Kitchen is looking for exceptional hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team, focused on driving value to regenerative growers through beautiful restaurant services. Our team models empathetic service and maintains the highest standard of enjoyment.

The right candidate for the role is looking to for a 5-day per week Full-Time position, has a strong service background including 2+ years in fine dining or a high-caliber equivalent service model, and has wine knowledge. Enthusiasm for locally sourced food is a plus.

-Drive an incredible experience at the table with guests using every tool our restaurant has to make guests ecstatically happy
-Participate in daily menu meetings, and utilize food and beverage knowledge in service
-'Advocate for the experience' and manage sales at the table
-Follow established steps of service, engage a manager as needed, and employ thoughtful touches in the dining room
-Demonstrate wine knowledge and comfortability with wine service
-Maintain a positive approach with the team and guests

Qualifications:
-2+ years fine dining FOH experience
-Understanding of POS and steps of service
-Full-time Wednesday to Sunday schedule weekly
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 8 hours shifts

Compensation:
