Company description CIRCLES is a creative project and business out of Hudson NY. We make naturally leavened pizza and bagels that expand people's expectations of these dishes. We also love to make various other dishes while having fun and being kooky. We are opening a brick and mortar bagel shop and cafe in May and looking for folks to work with us. We will make hand rolled, boiled and baked naturally fermented bagels every day and top them with house made ingredients and locally sourced produce. Job description Assist in the mixing, rolling, boiling and baking of sourdough bagels, as well as the preparation of seasonal cream cheeses, fermented and pickled produce, house made granola, and some other prep for a station on the line during service. During service this cook will prepare bagels to order with care and attention to detail and bringing their own creativity and input to the task.  This is a great opportunity for anyone with some experience who wants to grow, meet new challenges, and practice the craft of sourdough baking.
