We believe that the healthiest, best tasting, most beautiful vegetables and livestock are grown when they are a symbiotic product of whole farm health. - Market staff sets ups, stocks, runs and closes the market.
- Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, stocking the store, setting up displays, organizing produce + meats, checking quality on perishable produce, assisting the farm team with washing and packing vegetables, running the register, closing the store and daily side work.
- The Market Team can also assist with classes + tours.
- The ideal candidate loves food, is passionate about sustainable food systems and is comfortable talking about meat, dairy, vegetables + fruit.
- The ideal candidate will work well with others, be able to work on projects alone, be good talking to customers (answering questions, suggesting complementary products) and punctual.
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and must be able to lift up to 50 LBs.
