Company description We are an independently owned business specializing in wholesale sourdough breads and croissants. All of our products are sourdough, crafted entirely by hand, and feature long, slow fermentation. At our retail store, we feature sandwiches and comfort food featuring our sourdough and locally sourced produce. You would be responsible for overseeing the production of the sandwiches, mise en place prep, specials, and managing other kitchen staff. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create delicious chef-crafted sandwiches using high-quality ingredients
- Curate weekly specials and rotating menus
- Oversee inventory ordering and management
- Generate and execute daily prep lists for mise en place and communicate with other staff about needs
- Work with the Bakery team to develop specials and produce fillings for croissants as needed
- Must love cooking eggs and making sandwiches -- simple pleasures with nowhere to hide
