Job description

We are seeking an Inn & Groundskeeper to join our tight-knit team and help further our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality to guests and residents alike.

Where: Nestled off the rugged coast of midcoast Maine, North Haven is a tranquil island gem in Penobscot Bay. With rocky shores and sweeping views of the Atlantic, this tight-knit community of around 375 year-round residents offers a unique taste of island life. During the summer months, the population swells to nearly 2,000 as seasonal residents and visitors flock to enjoy North Haven's classic New England charm. The island retains a traditional village, historic harbors, and the kind of friendly small-town atmosphere that feels worlds away from the hustle of mainland life. Working on this vibrant island promises an exceptional quality of life and allows you to become part of a special waterfront community.
