We are a full service events company committed to seasonal sourcing in Colorado. Because farming is in fact menu planning, we continue to plant our own produce, raise our own livestock and partner with trusted neighbors when their expertise complements our own. We create menus per client within the bounty or limits of these harvests. GB Culinary | Boutique Caterer & Farm encompasses the skills acquired through a range of experiences in varied culinary settings, and its foothills farm promotes the seasonal and sustainable practices that uphold quality menus. As a full service, off-site caterer, the GB team designs food and beverage offerings along with service logistics for 85+ events each year.
GB Culinary attracts staff looking to blend or specialize their experience with offsite event service & logistics, cheffy execution techniques, and menus developed within a specific network of farms. Whether front of house or back of house, opportunities can be personalized and are paid.
Required
- Hospitality Industry experience
- Flexibility and excitement to work both bar and server roles as needed
- On Premise TIPS Certification
- Professional and warm interpersonal skills
- Interest in developing new skills
- Punctual arrival
- Current On Premise TIPS Certification
- Ability to regularly work in the Denver Metro/Greater Boulder locale
- Ability to work weekends
Desired
- Interest in ancillary training through GB Culinary enrichment opportunities
- Current Colorado TIPS certification (for serving or handling alcohol / class must be taken in person, not online)
- Interest in traveling to destination events 2-5 hours outside Denver/Boulder
Hours & Compensation
- General Schedule: Weekends (with weekday opportunities on a case by case basis)
- $25/Hr (some destination events also include per diems and/or mileage allowances)
- Variable gratuity
-$25.00 per hour
Location
GB Culinary’s farm and production kitchen are located in Longmont, Colorado. Events and venues are set in a variety of stunning locales along the Front Range, the high rockies and bordering states.
