Located just under 15 minutes from Portland, Maine we take advantage of all the incredible land and sea resources to create a unique dining experience surrounded by 120 of farmland.  Job description Looking for an experienced cook to assist in creation and execution of nightly multi-course tasting menus, and large format “family Style” menu options. We are a small team of dedicated professionals with an established reputation for a quality experience. If you think you can add something to our team, or have the desire to learn we would love to hear from you. This position is from June-September Wednesday-Saturday.
