DUTIES
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including muffins, scones, cakes, and cookies Monday through Friday, with shifts beginning at 5:00am
- Decorate treats with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient food production
- Prep made-to-order breakfast sandwiches during service, as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Prior baking experience specifically in muffins, scones and cakes preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification required
- Passion for what you do – you enjoy the process of creating something from start to finish and are motivated to continuously hone your craft and technique.
- Adaptability, able to calmly troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic knife skills for food preparation
