Company description GYST Fermentation Bar is a bar/cafe located in Minneapolis off of Eat Street focused on all things fermented - artisan cheese boards, charcuterie, fermented vegetables, artisan chocolate, kombucha, coffee, wine, beer, cider, and other specialty fermented products. At the beginning of September we will be expanding our hours and are looking for skilled, creative, and passionate individuals to grow our team in all positions.
