Company description GYST Fermentation Bar is a bar/cafe located in Minneapolis off of Eat Street focused on all things fermented - artisan cheese boards, charcuterie, fermented vegetables, artisan chocolate, kombucha, coffee, wine, beer, cider, and other specialty fermented products.
