Somewhere in the bustle between London and Paris, the kitchen will reveal a culinary worldview both bold and familiar. Job description
The LS team is interested in meeting hospitality and culinary professionals of all experience levels to join the opening restaurant team in Spring 2017. Qualified candidates are focused, hardworking, and passionate about what they do. They will be committed to maintaining a professional work environment, strive to work clean, and with a sense of urgency. Available positions include Captains, Kitchen Servers, Lead Line Cooks, Sous Chef, Bartender. Les Sablons is a new concept in a collection of restaurants that include Island Creek Oyster Bar, Row 34, Eastern Standard, The Hawthorne and Branch Line.
