Seasonal, garden and wild ingredients are reflected in our ever changing menu.  The Wolf is located in Maine's Western Mountains serving skiiers, hikers, fishermen, snowmobilers, hunter's, international travelers and site seers, for over 100 years.  This diverse clientele allows us to have a cross cultural menu incorporating unusual wild items like fiddleheads.  Looking for someone who loves to cook, works well with others as a team member, likes to try out new foods, and a self starter for this year round position.  Previous work experience or culinary school
