Company Description Home to the longest private beach on pristine Lake Caspian, Highland Lodge has a 90-year history of providing relaxing hospitality to guests of all ages.

Our new House Bar is extremely popular and we are looking for summer staff to leverage our dynamic local food scene and provide basic breakfast and simple supper options for our guests. Job Description Highland Lodge House Bar Prep Cook will be expected to dream up simple yet satisfying meals for our lodge guests and the public, collaborating with Highland Lodge's CEO and bar staff to formulate menu. Our 136-acre estate is a pretty great place to work, in a town known for the world's best beer, cheese, fresh produce and spirits.

The Prep Cook will oversee ordering, setup, prep, execution and presentation of a series of small plates for dinner 2-3 nights a week, in addition to a delicious appetizer menu. Mornings will consist of laying out a continental breakfast and prepping stock for those dishes.

Cleanliness and organization is very important. We abide by the Danny Meyer style of enlightened hospitality which values integrity, optimistic warmth, self-awareness, work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and empathy above all.

We don't do lunch so you should have plenty of time off for naps on the beach.
