Hiring a Professional Prep Cook!

Prep cooks will ensure that all orders are processed, cooked, and plated according to recipe standards.

 

Tasks:

Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order.

Maintain a clean and orderly work station throughout the shift.

Maintain a clean and organized walk-in cooler.

Maintain a working par level of any food related items.

Inform Chef on duty of any food related issues.

Complete all relevant side-work.

Clean kitchen according to Chef's standards after each shift.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

Friendly, quick with a smile, eager and optimistic!

Expert knowledge of the menu.

Expert execution of menu items.

Ability to delegate when appropriate.

Ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively.
