We are looking for high energy, outgoing, emotionally intelligent leaders in hospitality and food industry, who are passionate in creating the ultimate guest experience, executing superb operations, and are dedicated to embodying a brand culture rooted in Positivity.

 
Skills/Experience Desired

• Passion for the food industry, business and compassion for people.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and delegation skills.
• Optimizes profits by overseeing outstanding service, food, beverage and labor costs
• Management style in accordance with established best practices, brand culture and company policies.
• Responsibilities in all aspects of restaurant: recruiting, operations, ordering, HR, cost controls and BOH and FOH team building.
• Solid Restaurant Experience. Desire to take on a higher level management position, experience with Supervising/Management preferred.
• Ability to work a 40-45/hr work week with Weeknights, Weekends, and some Holidays
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
