The Quality Care Associate works to ensure high quality order fulfillment at every point in the customer life cycle at our fulfillment center in Brooklyn, NY. The Quality Care Associate will be responsible for answering and trouble-shooting customer inquiries, order organization and migration into our shipping platform, order fulfillment of customized (high-touch) orders in our warehouse, and tracking customer experience through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) defined by Splendid Spoon management. This is all-important team member must be hands-on and solutions oriented.
This position reports to our Operations Director. Candidate will also manage one part-time customer care associate.

Requirements:
- Order fulfillment experience
- Excellent customer support experience (1-2 years) with the ability to represent the brand’s voice, adapting/responding to various types of customer personalities with enthusiasm, urgency, and genuine care
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Zendesk strongly preferred
- Experience with Shipstation or other shipping platform strongly preferred
- Thrives in a highly communicative team environment
- Ability to understand and represent the brand’s voice
- Hardworking, never idle
- Takes initiative to solve problems
- Provide own working laptop
- Be able to lift 30 lbs
Compensation: $15/hour based on experience
